TERC researchers Michael Cassidy and James Hammerman, with collaborators, recently published “Assessing Machine Learning Understanding in High School Healthcare AI Curriculum” in Frontiers in Computer Science. The article explores how a healthcare-focused AI curriculum supported high school students’ learning, with students making meaningful progress in understanding foundational machine learning concepts.
