Biography

Carol Lumm joined TERC as Personnel Manager in 1992 and had been Director of Human Resources since 1996. As a senior leader at TERC, she was responsible for compensation, benefits administration, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance assessment, professional development, and compliance. Carol was pleased to be associated with an organization that makes great contributions to the field of STEM education and research, strives to create even playing fields for all learners, and supports staff work/life balance.
