The following activities are a selection from this site.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"46\" height=\"21\" src=\"http:\/\/www.terc.edu\/buildingsystems\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2020\/07\/Three_Dots.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-110\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you have no prior Scratch experience<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Watch the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kB53lT8vVJo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">User Interface<\/a> (6:26 minutes) video to learn about<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stage<\/li><li>Sprite List<\/li><li>Blocks Palette<\/li><li>Scripts Area<\/li><li>Cursor Tools<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Watch the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?feature=player_embedded&amp;v=0PhTaGBUhk8\" target=\"_blank\">Project Page video<\/a> to learn about navigating your project page on the Scratch website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Create your first project to &#8220;Move the Cat&#8221; by following the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/scratch.mit.edu\/scratchr2\/static\/__1375503004__\/pdfs\/help\/Getting-Started-Guide-Scratch2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Scratch Getting Started Guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learn about creating Sprites by&nbsp;watching Paint Editor (9:14 minutes) and Sprite (4:18 minutes) videos, then go&nbsp;to your &#8216;my stuff&#8217; Scratch page and create a new project.&nbsp;Draw your own sprite and make it move.&nbsp;Then&nbsp;Select a sprite from the Library. Click on Costume and then change the color using the paint editor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learn about creating loops by watching Loops (2:17 minutes) and Events (2:08 minutes) videos, then remixing <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/scratch.mit.edu\/projects\/11769332\/\" target=\"_blank\">Loops project<\/a> and trying out the exercises shown in the video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"46\" height=\"21\" src=\"http:\/\/www.terc.edu\/buildingsystems\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2020\/07\/Three_Dots.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-110\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you have some Scratch experience<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Do the 10-block challenge.
