Earth Exploration Toolbook (EET) Workshops is a professional development program in which teachers carry out data analysis techniques and learn to use the National Science Digital Library (NSDL) and the Digital Library for Earth System Education (DLESE). In an EET Data Analysis Workshop, participants walk through an Earth Exploration Toolbook (EET) chapter and discuss ways to use Earth science datasets and tools with their students. In a follow-up, EET Implementation Workshop, they share how they used these materials in the classroom by describing the projects and activities that they carried out with students. EET workshops are web-conferncing workshops that reach teachers across the nation.
