The Inquiry Project

TERC is partnering with Tufts University to help students in grades 3-5 to develop an understanding of science that will lay a foundation for later comprehension of the atomic-molecular theory of matter in middle and high school. This learning progressions project is focused on important ideas that are challenging for today’s students, including measurement, weight, volume, and density.
