MarsQuest Online allows people around the world to view interactive images returned by the Mars rovers Spirit and Opportunity. The site, developed in collaboration with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the Space Science Institute, provides visitors with panoramic views of the Martian surface, along with background information that places the images in their proper scientific context. The site also contains activities that allow all users to share in the excitement of NASA's Mars exploration program. Funded in part by the National Science Foundation.
