TERC is home to the Center for Earth and Space Science Education (CESSE)—a group of scientists, educators, curriculum developers, technologists, and cognitive psychologists. Together, they make up one of the world's leading research and development centers for pre-college Earth and space science education.
TERC is working to transform education from reading about science to doing science. The result is nothing short of a revolution in Earth and space science education—a revolution that encourage students to investigate and explore the Earth around them and the universe beyond. Major sponsors and partners include the National Science Foundation and NASA. Our Earth and space science materials are used in thousands of classrooms worldwide.
