Directions to TERC
TERC is located just north of Porter Square at 2067 Massachusetts Avenue, in a large brick building just past the Hess gas station.
Public Transportation
Take subway (red line) to Porter Square. Walk north on Massachusetts Avenue (away from Harvard Square) about 3 blocks.
Cab fare from Logan airport to TERC is approximately $40.
Driving
Driving from the North, South and Logan Airport
Take route I-93 (Southeast Expressway/Central Artery) to Storrow Drive West. Follow Storrow Drive to the Harvard Square exit. (The Charles River will be on your right.) Turn right off the exit and cross the bridge. Continue straight on JFK Street into Harvard Square. Continue across Harvard Square and follow signs to Massachusetts Avenue North. Continue on Massachusetts Avenue through several sets of lights, then through Porter Square (the subway station is a landmark). TERC is 1/4 mile from Porter on the right.

Driving from the North
Follow Route I-93 and take Exit 32 (Medford). At the bottom of the ramp, go right into the business district. Go left at the second traffic light, and quickly take a right turn just before the overpass, on to Route 16 West (Mystic Valley Parkway). Follow Route 16, a winding road, for 2 1/2 miles. Go left onto Massachusetts Avenue (large Mobil gas station on corner). TERC is 9/10 mile ahead, on the left.
Driving from the West
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) East to Exit 14 (Rte 128). Take Rte 128 North to Exit 29 (about 5 miles), and go east on Rte 2 (also about 5 miles) until you reach a stoplight (Route 16). Go left on Rte 16 (about 1/4 mile), then turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue (Mobil gas station on the corner). TERC is located at 2067 Massachusetts Ave, about 1 mile along Mass Ave, on the left side.
Parking
Metered parking is available on both sides of the Massachusetts Avenue and in some places closer to Davis Square. Parking is prohibited between 4pm and 6pm along several sections of Massachusetts Avenue, so read signs carefully. Meters cost $2.00 for two hours, which is the limit. Parking behind 2067 Massachusetts Avenue is reserved for employees only. Visitors are not allowed to park in the lot during regular business hours. If you have arranged to park in the church lot, the church is on Mass Ave about 2/3 mile from Rte 16, on the right side (when heading South on Mass Ave) before you reach TERC.
